At Tokyo Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear and high-fashion pieces. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Tokyo Station tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
